Jennifer Toscano

Deputy Director of Mitigation & Community Development Services

Ms. Toscano is a proven Program Manager with experience in FEMA and HUD Programs. She demonstrates success in analytical problem solving and boosting operational efficiency with her auditing background. Ms. Toscano holds a special interest in assisting communities by applying expertise in procurement and regulatory compliance to minimize financial risk and maximize funding. As a former Louisiana Legislative Auditor and GOHSEP employee, she understands complex funding regulations. Ms. Toscano joined the Rostan team in 2023.
