Carlos Arredondo

Director of Consulting Services

Mr. Arredondo is an experienced member of the Rostan team with extensive knowledge of the FEMA’s Public Assistance Program, Technical Assistance, Estimates Development, and Construction Management. This knowledge, along with his military background and bilingual ability, provide him with a specific set of tools to successfully oversee and drive all operations related to client management and disaster recovery efforts for Rostan. Mr. Arredondo is heavily involved in the development of processes and standards, team coordination, and daily efforts that are essential to the mapping of a positive program plan. Mr. Arredondo has been effectively involved with virtually every department linked to Disaster Recovery throughout his career including Project Management, Client management, and Grants Management.
