Sam Rosania

Co-founder, Executive Vice President

Sam Rosania is a Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Rostan Solutions, LLC. Mr. Rosania is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Agriculture, 1978 class. He has over forty-two years of public and private sector experience related to public health, integrated solid waste management and emergency management. Mr. Rosania has twenty-five years of experience specifically related to hazard mitigation and disaster debris management. He is a recognized expert in pre- and post-incident planning and recovery operations, as well as, a recognized expert witness pertaining to integrated solid waste management. Mr. Rosania has managed numerous disaster recovery projects both at the regional and local level from Texas to New York.
